Created by Dr. Johanne Lévesque, an experienced neuropsychologist, this assessment is unique in Quebec and specifically designed to meet the needs of clients aged 7 to 75. It offers a targeted and innovative approach to evaluating specific conditions. This assessment covers:
- Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD/ADHD): With or without hyperactivity/impulsivity.
- Anxiety: Detection and understanding of impacts on daily functioning.
- Executive Functions: Skills in planning, organization and task management.
- Concussion: Identification of cognitive and emotional impacts related to a head injury.
How It Works: 3 Appointments (Hybrid Format)
1. In-Clinic Assessment (1h) – In Person
- Neuropsychological testing: To measure attentional capacities, among other cognitive functions.
- Quantitative EEG (qEEG): A cutting-edge tool providing a visualization of the brain’s neuroelectrical activity. This data enriches the analysis and representation of results during the report appointment.
2. Clinical Interview (30 min) – By Phone
- In-depth discussion to explore the reason for referral, specific challenges and provide context for the results obtained.
3. Results Appointment (30 min) – Virtual (Zoom)
- Presentation of results and personalized recommendations, delivered from the comfort of your home.

Please note:
Steps 1 and 2 of the Signature Assessment are conducted by a qualified and properly trained clinical director. This person is not a neuropsychologist, but has all the necessary expertise to administer the tests and conduct the clinical interview with rigour.
All analysis, interpretation of results, report writing and the results appointment (including recommendations) are carried out entirely by Dr. Johanne Lévesque, neuropsychologist.
This approach ensures a targeted assessment of needs, accessible to our clients, while guaranteeing a quality neuropsychological report and tailored recommendations.
