This assessment aims to provide a clear and personalized profile of your child’s cognitive strengths and challenges, while respecting their developmental stage.

Why Have This Assessment Done?

  • Identify attention disorders (ADD/ADHD): To better understand their impact.
  • Detect signs of anxiety: And their influence on behaviour.
  • Assess executive functions: Such as planning, organization and self-regulation.
  • Analyze behavioural or emotional challenges: Related to motivation and self-regulation.

How the Assessment Works:

  1. Phone Clinical Interview (30 minutes)
  • Initial meeting with parents to discuss the reason for referral, context and the child’s specific needs.
  1. In-Person Assessment (2h30)
  • Administration of standardized tests (WISC-V, NEPSY-II, TEA-Ch, etc.) adapted for young children.
  • In-depth measures to analyze attention and executive functions.
  1. Analysis and Report Writing (3 to 5 hours)
  • Writing of a detailed report highlighting your child’s strengths and needs.
  1. Results Appointment (30 minutes – virtual via Zoom)

 

  • Presentation of results accompanied by practical recommendations for school and home.
